ABOUT STU OSDER

Stu osder has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Consultant since 1973.  He holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation.  A native of L.A., he was educated locally, earning a BA from CSLA and a JD from UCLA.  His deep experience in both new and resale homes in the Conejo and San Fernando Valleys, covering the entire price spectrum from the low $200,000's to $1,000,000+ enables him to provide exceptionally knowledgable , professional, and personal service. He is currently involved with two projects in the South Bay for Seniors. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
